  42.     The Color Picker Tool is used to find colors on the active layer or
  43.     image.  By clicking a point on an image or layer, you can change the
  44.     active color to that which is located under the pointer. Using the
  45.     Sample Merge option will allow you to select colors which are formed by
  46.     layers with less than full opacity or layers which are using layer
  47.     modes.
